According to the publications, the special forces of the Kosovo police (ROSU) moved out of Pristina towards the northern part of the province, fully equipped and with water cannons, they are accompanied by several ambulances.
On the evening of July 31, sirens sounded in the northern part of Kosovska Mitrovica (a city in the north of partially recognized Kosovo). In the southern part, just behind the bridge dividing the city, about 200 Albanians gathered. The Serbs began to erect barricades.

The authorities of Kosovo announced earlier that from next week, citizens of Serbia who enter the territory of the republic will receive a temporary border crossing document and Serbian documents will be considered invalid.
