The funeral procession with the coffin of Elizabeth II arrived on September 11 at Holyrood Palace in Edinburgh. In Edinburgh, the coffin with the body of Elizabeth II was met by the Royal Regiment of Scotland, who brought the oak coffin inside the residence of the British monarchs.
On Thursday, September 8, it became known about the death of Elizabeth II, who ruled Great Britain for 70 years. Britain begins 10 days of mourning after Queen Elizabeth II's death. Her Majesty's funeral will take place on 19 September. The farewell will take place at Westminster Abbey in London.
